Returns & Exchanges

All purchases made at Hanalei Strings are final sale, this includes purchases made online and in-store. We do not accept returns or refunds. We do accept exchanges for an item of equal or higher price granted the customer pays the price difference. Exchanges cannot be accepted if the item is no longer in its original condition. We do sincerely hope you choose your items carefully and are completely satisfied with your purchase! Please talk to us prior to ordering if you have any questions or concerns. If a mistake was made, or an item was delivered to you damaged due to its long journey, please email us at hello@hanaleistrings.com and we will do our very best to sort it out.
